Winter SKYWARN Training – February 23

The National Weather Service State College is offering an Advanced SKYWARN Winter Training Class on Wednesday evening February 23 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM  EST.

This training is open to anyone with an interest in public service.

  • Snow To Liquid Ratios
  • Lake Effect / Upslope Snow
  • Snow Squalls
  • Radar Applications For Precipitation Type
